Thanh Ha Lychee, the famous specialty of Hai Duong Province, is not merely a fruit—it is the perfect synergy of unique terroir, exceptional climate, and sophisticated cultivation artistry.

The lychee trees are nurtured on alluvial soil deposited by the Thai Binh and Red River systems. This soil is rich in humus and highly porous, ensuring optimal nutrient absorption. The distinct bimodal climate (cold winter, hot and humid summer) coupled with abundant rainfall (1,400 - 1,600 mm/year) provides the golden conditions for flower differentiation and successful fruiting. Furthermore, the ideal temperature difference between day and night creates the characteristic intense sweetness and refreshing aftertaste. Thanks to meticulous care—from gently shaking branches early in the morning for pollination, to proper irrigation, and pruning for airflow allowing uniform light exposure—each Thanh Ha lychee achieves superior quality: Small, spherical fruit with thin, reddish-pink skin; The flesh (aril) is thick, translucent white, juicy yet crunchy, with a small or shriveled seed, yielding a high flesh-to-seed ratio; Intensely sweet and refreshing taste (Total Sugar Content 18-21%, Brix 19-22), non-acidic, non-astringent, with a subtle aroma, and a high Vitamin C content (30-40 mg/100g).
