Nestled at altitudes between 500 and 700 meters above sea level, the highlands create an ideal environment for cultivating both Robusta and Arabica beans, each offering distinct characteristics shaped by the land and its people. Export & Logistics Information For each shipment, we arrange a full set of export documentation, including:  Certificate of Weight issued by Cafecontrol  Fumigation Certificate issued by Vinacontrol  Certificate of Origin (Form ICO) issued by VCCI, approved by the International Coffee Organization  Phytosanitary Certificate issued by the Plant Quarantine Service of Vietnam. Our factory partners are holding certifications such as ISO, HACCP, or Rainforest Alliance. And Halal Certification is being arranged on the way. These certifications are aligning our product quality with global expectations. To meet diverse market needs, our green beans are sorted by screen size and grade, allowing buyers to choose according to flavor preferences and price points. The most common grades we offer include: • Screen 18: Premium-grade beans with full-bodied flavors, ideal for specialty blends and espresso roasts. • Screen 16: Standard-grade beans offering balanced profiles with subtle nuttiness, commonly used in commercial roasting. • Sub 16 Screen: Value-grade beans delivering strong caffeine content and earthy notes, suitable for instant coffee or bulk blends. Known for its strategic access to global shipping routes, Cai Mep enables efficient container handling and direct connections to markets in Asia, Europe, and Australia. Our coffee is packed in 60kg or 70kg jute bags or jumbo bags as required which are designed to preserve freshness and facilitate safe handling during transit. Depending on customer preference, we offer flexible delivery terms under FOB (Free on Board) or CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) conditions.
