Ms. Hoa participated in the Service of Trade Opportunities and Sample Consulting for three months on April 16, 2020. She shared that her company manufactured cotton and industrial gloves. Without hesitation, the client immediately ordered 7,000 pieces for adults and 800 boxes of latex gloves. What helped her close the order so quickly? They were eye-catching images of the masks that she had invested so much in, her enthusiasm to answer customers, and her willingness to offer discounts on the first order to build trust from this customer.
